Astro Films has a 4.0 meter BOPP (Biaxially oriented polypropylene) film line from Bruckner (Germany) installed at our Gaddani facility under the name of Plastiflex Films Pvt. Limited, with an output of 4,200 tons/annum. Our film line can produce BOPP in thickness ranges of 14u-40u.
We manufacture transparent grades of BOPP film including Composite, Overwrap, and Holographic film as well as Metalized BOPP. Mostly, the BOPP output is utilized in overwrap and holographic overwrap requirement for various food categories.
